Echoes of Identity explores themes of cultural identity, belonging, and self-acceptance through vivid colour manipulation and layered portraiture. Inspired by the journey of becoming comfortable in one’s own skin, the artwork reflects the growing freedom for people of colour to openly express their culture, religion, and individuality through fashion, art, and personal style.
