Refund policy
All items are made to order in limited quantities. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or size exchanges.
If something arrives faulty or not as described, we’ll put it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos so we can help fast.
(Your statutory rights still apply: you have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods for a refund under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.)
Return conditions
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
Get approval first — do not send anything back until we confirm your return and provide instructions.
Return postage & refunds (faulty items)
For accepted faulty returns, we will provide a pre-paid label or reimburse reasonable return postage for a basic service with proof of cost.
Once inspected and confirmed faulty, we’ll refund the item price plus the basic outbound delivery charge originally paid (express upgrades excluded).
If an item is not found to be faulty on inspection, no refund will be issued and we may deduct/charge the cost of any pre-paid label before returning the item to you.
What isn’t a fault (examples)
Minor variations in colour/placement due to the print process or screen differences are normal and not considered defects.
How to start a faulty return (step by step)
1. Email sofiashafiqstudio@outlook.com with your order number, photos/videos, and a short description.
2. We review and, if accepted, send a pre-paid label and the return address.
3. Pack securely and post within 7 days of approval. Keep your proof of postage.
4. We inspect on receipt and process the refund or replacement promptly.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
